Tacoma Senior Services
The City of Tacoma owns and operates two senior activity centers, Beacon Activity Center (253) 591-5083 in the downtown area and Lighthouse Activity Center (253-591-5080) on the east-side. The Centers provide a comprehensive array of programs designed to improve and maintain health, stimulate learning, and provide socialization, recreational, and volunteer opportunities for people age 50 and older.
The two senior activity centers are also meal sites where nutritious lunch is served at noon, Monday through Friday.
