Residential Requirements

If your home or business address is within the Tacoma City Limits and you have had this address for at least six months or you are in a State of Washington Hub Zone for at least twelve months and you meet SBE's financial criteria, you may qualify for HUB. Please complete the SBE application to formally qualify. Within five business days after we receive your application, we will let you know if you meet SBE qualifications.
