The primary function of Parking Facilities is management of the City’s inventory of parking garages and lots. This includes 6 parking garages and 9 surface lots with a total of nearly 2550 parking spaces. The City contracts with an outside parking management company, Republic Parking N.W. Inc., to provide daily operational oversight. Parking Facilities actively markets available space, negotiates leases with tenants, and partakes in planning and development to maximize parking for the City’s citizens and visitors.
