Preliminary results for formal and informal solicitations are posted here as they become available.  They will remain posted for 30 days after award is made.  Some of the submittal results available on this page are summary figures only, which may or may not include sales tax . The results shown here are for informational purposes only and may not represent final determination of lowest, responsive bid or award.

Important Note
These results are provided for public informational purposes only. This page does not authorize any vendor to begin a project or proceed with an order from the City. A purchase order and/or contract will be issued to awarded vendors. It is feasible that contract negotiations may fail and the City subsequently makes an award to the next low best responsive bid, awards to a vendor different from previously published information, or chooses not to award the bid at all.
