A Street Area Stormwater System Improvements
The Environmental Services Department will begin installing and replacing stormwater pipes in the A Street area between S. 10th and S. 12th starting the second week of June. Construction will last approximately three months barring unforeseen delays. Business access will be maintained during the work and A Street's eastern northbound lane will be kept open though some pedestrian, parking and traffic impacts can be expected. Court A - Puget Sound Energy Improvements
In summer of 2014, Puget Sound Energy will upgrade infrastructure from the north end of Court A to S. 12th Street. Please contact Puget Sound Energy for more information on this project.
WSDOT 1-5 M Street to Portland Avenue HOV Project
In summer of 2014, the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will begin a project to widen northbound and southbound I-5 to four general-purpose lanes and one additional HOV lane from M Street to near L Street. Please visit the WSDOT project page for more information.
