The victim was approached by a black female in the Tacoma Costco parking lot, who persuaded the victim to drive them both to a parking lot in the south end of Tacoma, where they met with a male; who was later determined to be a part of the scam, working with the female suspect.
The suspects tricked the victim into giving them thousands of dollars in cash and jewelry by telling the victim a story about needing help distributing their own cash to the poor. |

The female suspect may have hair attachments. The male suspect has a stocky build, dark-skinned 'European' appearance, and was wearing a white golfer-style hat. No photo available for the male suspect. |
