How can the properties of matter help us recycle?
Grades 6-8
Program Summary:
Students test materials by going from station to station testing
objects to determine various properties of matter. Then students
learn how these properties of matter are used at the recycling center
to sort recyclables for Tacoma so they can be packaged, shipped and
turned into new products.
