The Neighborhood Enhancement Team (NET) works to facilitate safe, clean and attractive neighborhoods through sustainable and co-produced partnerships with citizens and neighborhood groups. City services are aligned with community priorities and citizens are actively engaged in the maintenance, enjoyment and improvement of their neighborhoods.

Support to Community Groups
The City's NET team is available to help you resolve issues in your neighborhood from installing speed humps to eliminating a derelict house.
Our staff is also available to attend your community meetings or assist with arranging presentations by City staff on a range of topics. To request attendance or have staff assist you with a community project, please contact 311.
