Warrant Hearings

To schedule a warrant hearing to quash a warrant you may email your request to MunicipalCourt@cityoftacoma.org

A warrant remains outstanding until a hearing is held and the Judge orders the warrant quashed.

A hearing may also be requested by appearing at the service counter for Municipal Court on the eighth floor (Room 841) of the County City Building.  Infraction hearings cannot be scheduled by telephone.

The hearing request must be made within 30 days of the date of violation or 33 days if you received the infraction by mail.
