MissionSquare Vendor Visit Schedule
For the convenience of our employees, MissionSquare Deferred Compensation Representatives visit multiple City of Tacoma locations on a regular schedule throughout the year. You may book an in-person appointment on a first come first served availability or you may book a virtual appointment during other times. Scheduling information is below the chart.
In some cases these meeting rooms are in a secure facility. If you wish to visit a representative somewhere other than your regular workplace, please contact the benefits office to see if special access is required and available.
Many of these are secure worksites, in order to access the meeting location, you may need your City Id badge if that is not your primary work location.
*Check with on-site administrative staff for the meeting location and appointment sign up instructions.
**Appointments can be made via the online scheduling link up to 30 days in advance of the workplace visit.
You may also schedule a virtual appointment for other times and dates if that’s more convenient, by signing up here.
If you scheduled online, please be sure to cancel directly with the representative if you can’t make it so the appointment can be freed up for someone else.
