City of Tacoma's anti-discrimination law, per Tacoma Municipal Code Chapter 1.29, makes it illegal to discriminate in employment and public accommodations regarding the following protected categories:

    Gender Identity



    Age (over 40)

    Veteran/Military Status

  • What are your plans to have children in the future?
  • What is your race?
  • What is your spouse's race?
  • Are you an American citizen?
