The Home In Tacoma Zoning and Standards package is now in effect. The package, approved by City Council in November 2024, introduces new Urban Residential zones to expand housing options, allowing the City to better meet the housing needs of its growing population.

Tree coupon requests for the 2024 -2025 season are now open! Redeem your coupon from October 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025 at select nurseries. Tree coupons are valid for $30 off each tree purchased for residential properties, up to three trees per coupon.
