The City of Tacoma granted DPS, LLC. an exception to Minimum Requirement #4 (Preserving Drainage Patterns and Outfalls) for the improvements associated with the construction of multi-family buildings at 4901 S. 25th Street.

Appeals on the decision can be made to the Hearings Examiner in accordance with TMC 12.08A.140.  Appeals must be filed by January 30, 2023. The decision was published on December 29, 2022 in The News Tribune and the Tacoma Daily Index.
