On November 2, 2004, the voters of the City of Tacoma approved Proposition No. 2, amending the City of Tacoma Charter Section 2.13, which in part allows for summaries of passed ordinances and certain resolutions to be published in the City's official newspaper. 

The documents on this page enable the public to view not only the published summaries but the full text of recent City of Tacoma legislation.  All documents are unsigned copies of all legislation adopted or passed by the City Council at that meeting.
