Southbound I-705 from Stadium Way to South 13^th Street Closed Today Until 3 PM

The City of Tacoma’s Street Operations Division is partnering with the Washington State Department of Transportation to close southbound I-705 from Stadium Way to South 13^th Street and remove illegal dumping along the shoulders of I-705. They will also perform graffiti removal and maintain vegetation.

Detours will be in place today, to route traffic on Pacific Avenue to South 13th Street, and traffic on Stadium Way to Commerce and South 13^th Street, until work is completed at 3 PM.
