As a resident of Tacoma, have you ever:

  • Been denied an apartment or the purchase of a home?
  • Had a landlord ask about your disability?
  • Been denied housing because of your service animal?
  • Had a housing provider tell you that families with children can only live on the ground floor?
  • Been asked what country you are from?
  • Found your maintenance requests go unanswered when your neighbors get their requests done immediately?

Property managers demonstrate fair housing by:

  • Gladly receiving inquiries from all.
  • Applying fair and equitable criteria when evaluating applicants.
  • Enforcing rules equally and without discrimination.
  • Setting rents, deposits and fees without discrimination.
  • Responding to repair requests and other tenant concerns equally.
  • Providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.

If you have any questions, please call the Customer Support Center at 311 or (253) 591-5000.
