City of Tacoma Conduct Complaints
As of August 15, 2014, a new Conduct Complaint process has been implemented. To check the status of a complaint that was submitted prior to this date or to check the status of any complaint that was submitted anonymously, please contact the TacomaFirst 311 Support Center by dialing 311 from within the City of Tacoma. From outside the City please call (253) 591-5000.
You must have the complaint request number in order to check the complaint status. This number is provided when a complaint is submitted.
