TAGRO Facility Resuming Services to Residential Customers with Modified Hours Beginning April 27
Starting Monday, April 27, the City of Tacoma’s TAGRO facility located at the Central Treatment Plant (2301 Cleveland Way, Gate 6) will resume service to residential customers with modified services and hours. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, TAGRO had been servicing residential customers through delivery services only.
Beginning Monday, the TAGRO facility will resume service to both residential and commercial customers on a modified basis. Hours of operation will be between 8 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The facility will close from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM each weekday to accommodate staff shift changes. The TAGRO office will remain closed to the public.
The self-load piles will remain closed until further notice. This includes both the “free pile” and the self-load potting soil carts. All customers must maintain social distancing requirements at all times, and all payments should be made by credit card.
Any customers who currently have a delivery scheduled and who would now prefer to pick up their products at the facility should call (253) 502-2150 to cancel their order.
TAGRO will continue to monitor the situation and will update customers of any changes at TAGRO.com and through the TAGRO newsletter. To sign-up for the newsletter and receive updates, text TAGRO to 22828. All questions and delivery requests can be directed to (253) 502-2150.
